Welcome to Journey 365! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (“App”). By accessing or using Journey 365, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Journey 365.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Use of the App

Journey 365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App.

Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Attempt to access or interfere with the App’s systems, data, or security.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Journey 365 may require payment or subscription.

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your account.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Health Disclaimer

Journey 365 provides wellness, fitness, and lifestyle content for educational purposes only.

We do not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or health program.

You use the App at your own risk. Journey 365 is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or outcomes that may result.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on Journey 365 are the property of Journey 365 or its partners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User Content

You may submit photos, journal entries, or other content to the App.

By submitting, you grant Journey 365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve the App with your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not submit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

8. Partnerships & Third-Party Services

Journey 365 partners with the 10 Day Jumpstart Program and may offer joint services, promotions, or resources.

The App may also link or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit, Stripe). We are not responsible for their terms or practices.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in unlawful behavior. You may also stop using the App at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Journey 365 is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the last 6 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Journey 365, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective when posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
